Customer Success Manager
We need someone who loves talking to customers, solving their problems and being on the road to help us grow. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm with regular travel to customer locations.
Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for our customers across hotels, property companies and pest control partners
Visit customers regularly to ensure their systems are working well and they're getting value from our solution
Onboard new customers, train their teams, and set them up for success
Coordinate with our engineering team when customers have technical questions or issues
Gather customer insights and feedback to help us continuously improve our product
Coordinate deliveries, installations and operational logistics together with internal teams
Establish and optimize customer processes, routines and logistics to ensure smooth installations, follow-ups and ongoing support
Build strong long-term relationships that drive retention and expansion within accounts
Qualifications
Experience in customer success, account management or customer-facing roles
Background in hospitality, hotels, property management or similar industries is a strong plus
Comfortable with technology and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
You genuinely enjoy meeting people and building relationships
Organized and structured
Valid Swedish driver's license
Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages is a strong plus
Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
Prior startup or scale-up experience is a plus
